“It’s going to be so easy” Donald Trump told people who attended his rally in Sanford Florida October 25th, 2016. Repealing and replacing Obamacare was supposed to be his first priority, but Trump has learned that healthcare is a bit more complicated than what he once thought. Today, Trump stated “Nobody knew healthcare could be so complicated”. In reality, probably 20-30 million people who are doctors, nurses, hospital administrators, healthcare billing companies, care providers and equipment providers, researchers, just about everybody in the insurance industry, industry experts, and even other politicians who have given the slightest amount of thought to the issue during the past eight years knew healthcare was a complicated issue.
After admitting that he has no clue as to how complicated healthcare is, Trump decided to show true leadership and suggest that he, and Republicans in Congress, should do nothing in the next couple of years to assist citizens in need of healthcare. “We can blame it on Democrats and President Obama, let it implode, don’t do anything” he said.
**UPDATE** An April 25, 2017 ABC/Washington Post poll said 79% of respondents want Trump to make Obamacare work instead of letting it fail.
