The day following revelations that President Trump may have obstructed justice by requesting that an investigation concerning Michael Flynn be let go, Texas Representative Al Green took the house floor and called for Trump’s impeachment. This set the record for the fastest time an official call has been made to impeach any President. “This is about my position. This is about what I believe. And this is where I stand. I will not be moved. The President must be impeached,” Green stated.
