President Trump said he would give his administration a perfect “10” for its response to hurricane-ravaged Puerto Rico.
His rating of a 10 came despite that even almost a month after Hurricane Maria made landfall, only 22% of the country has electricity and 28% of the people do not have access to clean water. About 78% of the hospitals are now open, but power is not reliable. Would the people of Texas rate the president a 10 if after a month 80% of them still did not have electricity?
