In a recent interview with Vanity Fair magazine, Sam Nunberg, a former campaign aide to Donald Trump said “Jared is the worst political adviser in the White House in modern history”. “I’m only saying publicly what everyone says behind the scenes at Fox News, in conservative media, and the Senate and Congress” Nunberg added. “Trump is at 33 percent in Gallup. You can’t go any lower. He’s fucked.”
According to two sources, Trump has complained to advisers about his legal team for letting the Mueller probe progress. Speaking to Steve Bannon on Tuesday, Trump blamed Jared Kushner for his role in decisions, specifically the firings of Mike Flynn and James Comey, that led to Mueller’s appointment, according to a source briefed on the call.
Of course it wasn’t Jared Kushner who sat in front of NBC News to explain why he fired Comey, and Jared doesn’t sit behind the desk in the oval office. But when things begin to fall apart, Trump has proven that he is not one to look in the mirror to find blame. It’s somebody else’s fault, and right now the failures of the administration seem to fall on Kushner’s shoulders.
